ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now) Canada is an independent national organization of low- and moderate-income families. We have over 102,000 members organized into twenty neighbourhood chapters in nine cities across Canada. We believe that social and economic justice can best be achieved with a national active membership who are invested in their organization and focused on building power for change!

Black Creek Financial Action Network (BCFAN)
BCFAN is a multi-partner network coordinating efforts among the many agencies providing financial information in north-west Toronto; mounting public events with a financial focus; advocating for the community on finance matters; sharing the best and promising practices aimed at building the capacity of service providers; and researching and evaluating financial programs and services.

Black Creek Microcredit Program
The program is a Community Loan Fund that helps small and emerging businesses in the Black Creek Community meet their need for credit by securing loans of up to $5000. By granting small loans to local entrepreneurs, the Black Creek Microcredit Program is contributing to local economic development. It is a part of the Black Creek Community Collaborative .

York University - TD Community Engagement Centre
All community outreach is facilitated by and in partnership with  the York-TD Community Engagement Centre. The Centre supports the University’s commitment to build a more engaged university by facilitating mutually-beneficial collaborations between York University and the Black Creek community in Toronto.

ACCESS Community Capital Fund
The Fund was formed in 1999 to help promising entrepreneurs with viable business plans gain access to financing not available through other sources. Individual loans are made using a character based lending decision, where the abilities, skills and commitment of the applicant in conjunction with the strength of the business plan are key decision criteria.

PEACH - Promoting Education and Community Health
PEACH provides transformative, youth-centred, social and educational programs that model what is possible for youth and their families within our Jane and Finch community.
